I completely agree. Utterly atrocious. A state-of-the-nation address is one of the most important things a news channel is supposed to provide, and a three or four minute delay, and not even going to the start of the statement which has the new measures is deplorable. That is the cherry on top of a day GB News will want send to Room 101 (maybe that's the studio design inspiration?).

You could see the feed with just the government crest in one of the feeds on the multiviewer, before the presser started.

Is it on Satellite, a la EuropeBySatellite? Or is it a fibre feed via BT Tower?

I would think they’re bound to on their opening day, considering some of the publications that have in the past.

The clock and URL are the most OCD-inducing things I've ever seen. The URL box isn't as big as the clock, the clock is off-center and has a slight design that doesn't look that good, and of course the clock and URL are both off-center, the clock more than the URL.

GB News showing the press conference. Cut to Michelle Dewsberry on her phone in the studio looking shocked in the middle of Laura Kuensberg’s question.

GB News cut back to a surprised looking Michelle Dewsbury suddenly mid-sentence from Johnson. Then cut back to the press conference using a different camera with no sound for a few seconds before audio started again. Seems to be Ok again now.
