Such an unnecessarily long introduction and some of the points in it could have been worked into questions and made for a much better interview. Colin seemed a bit taken aback by the corrections and tried to move things on as a result. Colin eventually let go and allowed her to make some points without interruption in the end.
Not sure why the interviewee was constantly glancing at the camera either.

What a dreadful introduction. Long winded, riddled with inaccuracies and what was that waffle about "most retirees settling into cardigans and installing stairlifts"? Utter drivel. Sarah was right to call him out and he really didn't like it.
And she wasn't having any time for the 'war on woke' talking point he tried to introduce to the 'discussion'

In many years of watching Sky News, I never saw Brazier speak to anyone like that - so is this the real Brazier that’s now been unleashed or is he playing up to it on purpose? He looked a bit pathetic, frankly.

I don’t know if it was like this last week, but Saturday Morning UK have ditched having a host (I think it was Rosie Wright on week one), and is now solely Esther McVey, Caroline Flint, and Tonia Buxton.
Also now crammed into the sofa area like the rest of the output.

I last watched this channel a couple of weeks ago, and witnessed Colin Brazier describe a new M&S lingerie range aimed at women with darker skin tones as "woke, corporate hogwash".
I've given up watching, especially as I've now seen the presentation.

Here's hoping they get Lorraine Kelly as a guest one week. Or even better have her as a guest co-presenter.
Goodness that Brazier clip is just uncomfortable to watch. That introduction is just so long-winded that most viewers would've lost interest before they got to the interview. He seemed quite combative for no real reason in his tone and add to that the Mastermind style dark set and it all feels very uncomfortable to watch.

I'll try to tread carefully here. He normally seemed fine when he was on Sky News but there were a few incidents from before he was an anchor plus the incident with the MH17 luggage that do make you wonder about whether the version of Brazier we saw on Sky News was the real-life Brazier. It wouldn't be the first time the way somebody is on a news channel is very different to outside a news channel - Afua Hirsch for example as a Sky News editor was very different to how she is now she's left Sky News.
GB News must be slightly gutted at the timings of the Ollie Robinson story. Given their strong focus on wokeness and stuff like ‘taking the knee’ the Ollie Robinson story would’ve been red meat to them.
However, the story happened the week before they started to air and now the verdict from the Discipline Commisson is on a weekend when viewership will be very low due to Wimbledon and the England match tonight. GB News no doubt would’ve preferred it be on a weekday when the likes of Dan Wootton could rant away about it

Afua Hirsch's left wing bias was evident to see when she was at Sky. Same as Faisal Islam and Lewis Goodall.
The witch hunts by the likes of the Guardian over Brazier's MH17 report were totally unjustified and taken out of context.
