He has a wealth of experience Smile
Maybe the structure of TV news job titles is different to unscripted entertainment and factual in which I work but surely there is no way a 20 year old would have enough experience to get the job title of senior producer on a normal news channel. I'd be intrigued to know what sort of experience their other production staff has.
