No, no, he's ex-LBC, formerly Editor of Swarbrick on Sunday. I believe he's 20.
He's 20 and he's a senior producer at GB News? Interesting.

He has a wealth of experience Smile
That newsroom shot would look so much better if it was lit up with some colour.
Someone DS said although it is being broadcast as 'HD' it is actually only DVB-S, not DVB-S2. Can anyone confirm?

Andrew Lloyd Webber and law breaking were reported by the BBC.....

I got the vibe that Dan was trying to hint at law breaking would be alright - there is a fine line to tread in terms of wording over this. talkRADIO hosts always start off by saying they would never encourage anyone to break the law.

They have to obey the rules, if a rule has been breeched I am sure sutible action will be taken.
It's a very dull and gloomy view we have of Nigel Farage just now! If you squint enough, he's just a floating shirt. They definitely need to put some more thought into their lighting.

sometimes the close up of the host is out of focus. Almost like they're using an auto focus and it is focusing perfectly on the backdrop, not his face

Dark and dingy at the end of that desk too

edit: now Farage's camera has gone all shuddery. Do professional/broadcast cameras also lower their framerate when there isn't enough light, similar to webcams
There ought to actually be some proper news headlines at the top of the hour / half hour to make this some kind of news service.

Is there any other kind of view of him?
Bashing Facebook - I wonder how this will affect GB News Facebook?

James Martin

I have to say I'm not enthusiastic about the set.

He's almost entirely in darkness...

James Martin

The text elements are pin sharp but the live video looks soft.
They’ve had six months to prepare and they’ve come up with a set which resembles a library in the dark, what a joke lol
I am going to try and stomach this until 10pm and then move back to YouTube. One hour of Dan Wootton is enough for me
