Yeah, I missed the 'other control room' when I saw the video first time.
Looks to have a lot of the same gear as CR1 down to the control surface for switching.
It's also not occupied at the time that the video was recorded, so I guess that makes it less likely that it was being used to set up external sources (I guess a sort of NOC?)

Notice that there is a stool in front of the big screen (and you can see the output on a couple of the monitors), so it looks like that will be a fixed presentation point. Cant help wonder if the stool is a little too close to the screen?

It'll be awfully crampt at the breakfast bar end of the studio.

maybe what he did was planned as an easy way to get out of his contract and go elsewhere
Think he probably wouldn't have OK'd his stunt with half of the production staff, if that was his intention.

He should have stayed on suspension and taken the salary because I presume that it was a suspension with pay. Unless of course he is now going down the route of wrongful dismissal...

I read somewhere that he is planning in suing them. Probably has a good case, especially with his claims he ran it by the producers first.

This would present an interesting cost-benefit analysis to the big cheeses at GB News.

If, as is reported, many of their viewers were disgusted by Guto's taking the knee and switched off in disgust, the publicity generated by his sacking and the court proceedings could cause some of these viewers to come back.

It may be that management is shifting this in their own minds from the "legal expenses" accounting column to the "marketing and advertising" costs column.

EDIT: Used same word twice in same sentence - bad jb Cry
And, johnnyboy, they may well have some insurance to cover those legal costs too. Excellent accounting!
Hanisha Sethi seems to have left her role with the appearance of the East Midland VJ role there - her Twitter profile doesn’t refer to GB News and just says she is freelance.

Didn’t think I’d seen this before? Perhaps I missed it and was a while back? No other related tweets to her leaving I can see.

I think she was on GBN on Friday which must have been her last day?

Mark Dolan appears to have left talkRADIO presumably in anticipation of a role on GBN as discussed in the closed thread:

Dolan I guess will either go alongside Alex Phillips weekdays or take Sunday 7pm-9pm. Probably the former.
I assumed the other 'gallery' people are mentioning is their MCR area.

I was thinking that too. However it does have a Mosart setup, which makes me think it may well be a secondary gallery.
