I think Farage mentioned in a recent newspaper piece that the DAB service would begin in the autumn
Looks like from Monday 9th, DePiero and Halligan are extended to 4pm, and Alex will present The Afternoon Agenda solo until 6pm. I assume this will also be when Simon starts doing breakfast.

I’ve dropped in and out of this channel during the day on a purely presentational point of view. The midmorning slot is painful, Mercy isn’t a good presenter to put it mildly, she just doesn’t seem to be very involved with what’s going on and doesn’t sound informed about anything they’re discussing. She obviously has something to say, but I feel either needs broadcast training or I fear may need replacing. Isabel Webster alongside someone like Colin probably wouldn’t be opinionated enough but at least watchable. Halligan and DePiero which follow at lunchtime are much better watch than the morning slot. And Alex is vastly improved on the late afternoon slot too.
Looks like they’re using the Farage set for Breakfast as well now. It actually looks okay…
I’m in too minds about the split of McCoy and Phillips. It was by far the strongest pairing of the daytime lineup - but equally that’s because both presenters are capable of single-heading a show. That said, Alex is more suited to the content of the channel than Dewbs is - so her own show should hopefully give her the chance to grow more as a presenter.

Out of interest, where did you get this schedule from? On the website and Freeview guide it's the same as from launch (which is evidently wrong as we've seen McCoy on Breakfast).

That’s what the Virgin EPG says.
The aliasing of that screen is still problematic. Either they need to move the set further away to increase the depth-of-field, or put a diffusion filter in front of the screen. The colour temperature of the screen is also a bit jarring, with a distinct shift towards the warmer end of the spectrum.
Is it just me that feels that set on that wide shot looks like it's a green screen (like ITV's "Theatre of News"), despite the fact it isn't and even has a reflection?
I wonder who thought it was a good idea to make a set based on a very poor funeral directors office? 8-)
There are basics to theatre and studio design and this just shows how bad it can get when you get it wrong - very wrong.
