Esther does have TV presenting experience which probably does help.

Not sure how common it is to present on two different channels on the same day, but I know some freelancers tend to get around. IIRC, Nick Quraishi typically jumps between Sky News and LBC News. Mike Powell also tends to heard on both the BBC and Global.

Perhaps in the past Duncan Golestani or Lewis Vaughan Jones reading on itv news and bbc world the same day?

BBC World is a commercial division of the BBC and completely different from BBC UK so in theory its two different commercial companies but not the BBC as we know it.BBC World is not shown in uk, only parts shown on BBC News channel over night. So although BBC is in name its not really BBC. Thats how I see things so can understand why he is allowed to do both

Well technically BBC WN is shown in the UK on various satellites if you have the equipment and set up to receive it.

However I am enjoying this Breakfast show, it’s the only thing on the channel I personally find watchable.
It would be more ideal if there was more structure to the Breakfast shows. There should be bulletins every half hour with the lovely Rosie Wright and I think they should use the sofa area (change the sofas by the way) for any guest interviews just like GMB.
I am enjoying the Breakfast shows and I really do want to see it thrive and even beat GMB and BBC Breakfast in the ratings but there is always room for new ideas to make it better.

Well, the industry is pretty fragmented staff-wise, with plenty of Freelancers touring around. Whilst not on the same day, Frazer Maud working for both ITV Yorkshire and Sky News springs to mind, besides most freelancers are welcomed because it adds stuff to the 'rumour mill' and it gives a bit more buzz about a place.

The "actual" last week's figures will only come next Monday at 6p, or whenever one of us finds it.
But it's safe to say that record-breaking is in terms of GBN's previous breakfast shows, not leading either BBC, ITV or Sky's. There's just no way the latter happens.

That makes more sense - whilst they may not be on BBC/ITV-beating level, I'd be very surprised if they were unmeasurable. I'd say the breakfast show will likely make a couple of top-15 appearances now.
