I don’t like the pre recorded shot used to close the network bulletins, it makes it look like Martine has vanished from the studio.

I don’t like the pre recorded shot used to close the network bulletins, it makes it look like Martine has vanished from the studio.
This has been the case for weeks and covered in multiple threads. FYI.
I will add that it’s a little ridiculous they only seem to have or rather use one trundle cam shot for every bulletin. It’s a bit lazy and slightly ridiculous. I’m surprised the vile Express hasn’t run multiple stories on it or some other rag citing George never leaves the newsroom.
I can’t say I’ve ever even noticed.

Maybe they can use the Langham cam just like what they do in the Ten.
Or reinstate a full title sequence, ideally with a completely new opener.

The BBC News at 10 does not have the link-ups with the regions or with the Sportsday set in Salford included with the weekend bulletin titles. It's only there for the weekday bulletin titles. Although I think they should use it for a live shot at the end of the weekend bulletins if that is what you are asking.
Surely it wouldn't be too hard to use the normal weekend theme (i.e. not the sped-up one they use at 10, which honestly sounds like a parody), and replace the pan across the newsroom with a zoom in to Broadcasting House from the outside camera?
