It used the same theme as news nationwide.
Think today must have been the first time George Alagiah has said "Good Afternoon" on air in years! (The 6 was at 3:30pm due to the England match).

I wonder why that bulletin was still called BBC News at Six, wouldn't have been better to simply call it BBC News?

Is it just me, or does BBC Radio Scotland's Lunchtime Live use a remix of the Victoria Derbyshire theme?

It does sound similar but personally listening to it. I'd say inconclusive as it sounds like a 'generic' BBC News theme. If there was a clean version I'd be able to tell a bit better. I'm sure someone who may be in the know will fill us in better.

Also for me the "money shot" has too much waffle with this. A clear example of what I would term the money shot is smilar to the "DA-DA-DA-DA" in the original BBC London 94.9 package from 2001 where you had the following:
"BBC London 94.9FM and BBC Radio London on Digital / On TV, On Radio, Online / This is BBC London"
Then it would have the "DA-DA-DA-DA" symbol. But with this Lunchtime Live jingle it is too bedded within all of that waffle so one cannot tell if the "DA-DA-DA-DA" type "symbol" matches up exactly with what Derbyshire's programme had. If this makes sense o you.

I find it quite odd that 'Across the UK' gets its own tag yet the small sports bullitens, 'The Travel Show' and 'Click' don't get one.
