Weirdly, there are a few dropped frames just as that aqua-edged piece in the bottom right slots into place each time. I noticed a bit of flicker earlier with the lower left red section on the other flag animation. Which is a shame, because I think the layered flag design is particularly strong.

That was Eastman Grotesque Alternative Demi Bold. Quite a long name but OK.
