I was told that the studio build was starting "imminently" about 4 weeks ago, so it wouldn't surprise me if this was filmed in early March. But then again, it wouldn't surprise me if it was filmed yesterday either.
I still think August/September. The place is still basically a shell almost by the looks of it.

That's not to say there won't be a soft launch, of pre-recorded features from June, padded out by lots of barkers etc

I highly doubt it.
I may be wrong, but in my opinion there's no way that those are professional enough to go out on air.
Is there just one main studio or will there be one main studio and maybe two smaller ones?

I'm still not sure - I doubt for a news channel they'd go as minimal as that. The 'ROSIE WRIGHT' strap looks OK, but the same can't be said for the lower, blue strap. The choice of font just doesn't work and its alignment is terrible. These could work if improved somewhat, but certainly not in their current form.

From what I've heard there will be a main studio (possibly with multiple areas - a hard (desk) and a soft (sofas/chairs) area maybe) and a secondary studio. Whether that was correct at the time or whether it will change remains to be seen.

Perhaps not - I quite like the idea of them sitting there, using a sawdust-covered wooden pallet as a table, avoiding hanging wires, talking into invisible cameras, while workmen drill holes and paint walls around them. :lol:

Wow so we really could see it next month, it was a bizarrely timed video in that case! You'd think the video would have been filmed when a bit more had been done.
