I think the branding in the images they have released this morning looks clean and vibrant. Fingers crossed that the on-air appearance will be a breath a fresh air compared to the stale look and feel to BBC News and Sky News at the moment.

When I first saw the title, I had to double-check that it wasn't Channel 4 commissioning a Bake Off spin-off
Very impressed with the branding.
I expect Michelle Dewbury's show will follow the current trend of having a guest co-host like Talk Radio's 'presenter's friend' and Times Radio's T&G (Tom and Guest).
I think the promotional material we've seen so far looks very slick and professional.
It will be interesting to see the start and how it evolves. I'm quite excited. 8-)

See i'm the complete opposite, the 'XX & XX' dayside branding seems lazy, and using 'Dewbs' i just find cringeworthy.
'The Great British Breakfast' sounds like a Comic Relief GBBO spoof sketch.
Aesthetically the core GBN branding is nice, but for the individual shows all they've done is type out the hosts names with different weights and kerning of the same font, assuming they are the logos that will make it to air.

I'm hopeful the channel will create some new big names. I am sure GB News tried to get someone like Eamonn Holmes however.
I like what I am seeing so far.
Great to see the pairings & shows being confirmed today. I'm just a little bit unsure of how to feel about the channel as a whole though. Are there enough people in the UK who want to watch wall-to-wall opinion/news content all throughout the day and into the evening?
The titles of Dan Wootton's & Alastair Stewart's shows make it look like they're trying to create 'appointment to view' shows but with linear viewing decreasing right across the main channels, i'm just not confident there'll be an audience for it in the long term! Time will tell of course...

Surely they are not going to have 6 people every day for the Great British Breakfast? I can only assume that some may only do 3-4 days with them rotating when needed into weekends.

Reports suggested thereād be 3 hosts each morning, so quite possible it will rotate between the 6.
