Starting with a quick round-up:
[*] Alan Carr's Epic Gameshow will be 11x60 (8 will air this Spring and 3 will air later in the year). That number includes an unspecified amount of Celebrity Specials. Same gameshows as last time, along with Name That Tune. Starts Saturday at 8.35pm.
[*] Tipping Point: Lucky Stars is back, believed to be 7x60. It starts on Sunday at 7.00pm.
[*] A new special of It's Clarkson on TV, the first edition of which was shown at Christmas, will be on Saturday at 9.35pm.
[*] Game of Talents, with Vernon Kay, is based on a US Format and launches next Saturday at 7.30pm.
[*] Ian Wright's Moneyball was delayed due to a set malfunction. It is due to air later in the year.
[*] A new series of The Jonathan Ross Show begins next Saturday at 9.35pm.
[*] The Masked Dancer is coming to ITV, with Oti Mabuse replacing Rita Ora. It’s 7x90 and will be stripped over a week.
[*] In For a Penny, Family Fortunes and Rolling In It will all be back later this year. The same applies for The Voice Kids, which will air as 'an unmissable Christmas event.'
[*] New format Starstruck is due for this Autumn. It's based on Stars in their Eyes, and will involve a panel of judges, rumoured to include Sheridan Smith, Adam Lambert and Beverly Knight.
[*] New drama Too Close will be stripped from 12th-14th April at 9pm.
[*] A 7x60 series of Britain's Best Celebrity Family begins next Thursday at 8.30pm.

A long way off but will be interesting to see if they place The Voice Kids before or after Christmas - very different in terms of the advertising they'd expect to pull in. Starstruck will likely fail IMO for ITV once again resurrecting Stars in their Eyes but unnecessarily messing with it. Presumably The Void will end up in the autumn too.
The Masked Singer is coming soon too stripped across a single week - although in May half term there are a couple of England friendlies as well so if it does air that week it won't be every night.
Ninja Warrior was presumed axed even before the pandemic but then repeated really well last summer and I wouldn't be surprised if they rerun another series this summer after the Euros. If that does well hopefully it'll get a reprieve and return next year - I've seen a few comments about it in relation to The Void but I think the fact it features 40-50 contestants a show during the heats means it's a non-starter at the moment.
Axing Ninja Warrior as soon as someone conquered the course was a poor decision, especially in light of those rerun ratings. You're right that it's not social distancing friendly, and I agree that they should make more. Surely Tim Champion's success should encourage others to try and match his achievement? They haven't been given the chance!
Maybe they should buy in a foreign version in the meantime? America?
I think Ninja Warrior UK was meant to have gone on a one year hiatus before coming back, but because of the pandemic, the hiatus was indefinitely extended as they were unable to film at Manchester Central due to it being used as a Nightingale Hospital.

To be fair, I expect they axed it long before the pandemic, the fourth and fifth series didn’t do too well, but maybe it will return considering the rerun ratings. Hopefully they don’t dump it at 6.30 again though, and give it a better slot.

The chances of ITV showing American Ninja Warrior are zero, they showed the US version of The Masked Singer and it ended up being shifted earlier in the schedule due to performing poorly.
I suspect the reason it was axed was due to being costly and not performing well enough, the ratings don't mean much as it was under lockdown conditions which won't be the case for any future series.
Maybe Gladiators should come back...how about in 2022...to fill the gap Ninja Warrior has left?
It will be 30 years next year since LWT brought us the glads. We can pretend the Sky One version never existed. I suppose the only problem with a massive production like Gladiators is the huge costs involved in making the events, the arena set etc. Massive punt for a channel and an expensive mistake if it's flops.

The cost is probably the biggest factor to why Gladiators is unlikely to come back as well as the Sky One series not exactly being successful either.

Yes - i'm interested to see what happens with this. Because, if memory serves me, it was actually a decent performer for them last summer by summer ratings standards. It'll be The Voice overload as wherever it airs in December we will only be a few weeks away from the main series starting up.
I wonder if it'll end up on Saturday/Sundays throughout December, 8 episodes in 2020 series would mean 4 weekends (although 25th is a Saturday this year, so it would have to start late November...)

Apparently this series of The Voice Kids will be ‘much shorter’ than previous editions, according to TVZone when filming started.
Now that they only do five extra shows after The Auditions (it used to be 7, and in 2017 it was 10), there’s not much point stripping them, they still do a solid 4m for five weeks on a Saturday Night so that’s better than them wasting them all over a week.

To be fair it tended to rate pretty solidly, the 2018/19 series still performed well for the slot they were in. But getting that slot did perhaps suggest it had fallen out of favour?
The repeats did very well and I don't think the lockdown argument stands as plenty flopped during lockdown and the shares (which shouldn't be affected by lockdown) were good.
As others have said it's a non-starter during lockdown but does feel like a show that could return in 2022.
As for The Voice Kids - sounds like a much shorter series so I'm expecting it to be stripped across a week in the run up to Christmas, possibly around the same dates as they aired The Real Full Monty on Ice last year. What is odd is that they've filmed the whole thing already with social distancing and a virtual audience...which risks looking a bit dated by the time Christmas rolls around.

What slot is Ninja Warrior expected to get though?
Doesn't it fall into the Catchphrase / Celebrity Chase category of pre-'main' Saturday night show, so will alway air around 6pm?
