EDIT: For the first time in a while, Vanessa is doing the midnight news from studio 6 today.
5am is the new starting time for the Early Rundown - not sure if it is 100% permanent but seems likely. Niall was in studio 6 too - technical upgrades and maintenance in Studio 21 overnight.
The 5am start time for The Early Rundown is indeed permanent.
Sky News ad on Twitter - taking aim at GB News?

Probably not 'taking aim' at them in particular. I don't think Sky will be feeling threatened by the very low rating 'GB Views'.

I agree, but the fact that they've made a point of having a reporter at the scene in the video, impartiality etc suggests that the topic of GB News may have had a little bit of input into the ad.
Appears to have been a power cut in Millbank this hour. Jacquie Beltrao did an entire part (on the Raducanu news) from Osterley whilst the power was restored, and Stephen Dixon is now presenting from the Millbank newsroom rather than the studio.
Is this a kinda Question Time, I wonder?

'The Great Debate' will be shown on Sky Showcase every Monday at 9pm too.

If so, one hopes in the mould of Question Time before they decided that the main purpose of the programme was to gain social media traction, though I very much doubt that. Honestly fed up with all these political 'discussion' shows that are really just an excuse for producers to pit a group of predictably opinionated f***wits against each other so that one of them says something idiotic/awful in a thinly veiled attempt to get a few retweets.
Since the overnight adjustment to the graphics earlier this week, the location strap now looks like this on my TV. Surely this isn't the intended positioning? I can understand the change to the ticker position, that looks fine.

If you're watching through a set top box connected to the TV, you should be able to turn overscan off to fix that. If you're watching Freeview built-in to the TV you won't unfortunately.

Yes this is on Freeview. Seems like a bizarre move. It's clear from the screenshot posted on the previous page, that the gap at the bottom between the ticker and the edge is equal to the gap at the top between the location strap and the edge. So the ticker looks fine on TV when the gap doesn't appear (see below), but the location strap just looks strange without a gap.

Sky News now rivalling GB News for technical errors

Appears to be a couple of new changes today,

Firstly, it it seems we do now have a single 'News Hour' as 6pm is now branded 'Sky News at Six with Mark Austin'...

and in the last hour I've seen some of the Coming Up links appear within a pushback and details on the side

I always thought they missed a trick by not calling the 5 and 6pm hours 'Live at Five' and 'The Six O'Clock News', respectively. If it works at 10...
I believe the 6pm name change came about last Monday with Gillian presenting, as the Climate Show now airs 6:30-7:00. Having “The News Hour” and then the “News Hour at Six” follow on always was a bit odd, Sky News at Six works fine, although it does mean they’re airing two ‘prime’ bulletins with the same name and at the same time as the BBC twice each day. Personally considering everyone else (BBC and ITV) call their shows “News at Ten”, I’m wondering if calling it “The Ten O’Clock News” might work.
