Football Focus moving to BBC Two means that BBC Scotland can't opt out for Sportscene, and that doesn't appear to be moving to the BBC Scotland channel.

As I suspected, Sophy Ridge On Sunday is off tomorrow based on the EPG that has updated. Gillian is listed from 6am-10am but Sophy is now down to do 10am-2pm.

They've not said "BBC Television" as much as I expected.
I think it just has a gravitas that sounds appropriate.
I've always associated the line "This is BBC Television from London" as an "oh no, bad news" phrase, and that's it's point. It does have that gravitas.
Might it have something to do with it being kind of a tradition since the war. I think during the war the radio would say "This is BBC from London" and the report something in case it was rebroadcast all around the world, nowadays of course it wouldn't be that much needed as everybody gets news much quicker and not necessarily need from the BBC.
Sky News accidentally cutting to an ad break mid flow. The break was obviously supposed to be dumped because of the imminent gun salutes. A few seconds of the Coronavirus slides and we're back live.
Sky News just started a break with the usual Covid slides which was rapidly cancelled and returned to Sarah Hewson with the lead up to the 41 gun salute. Could this be because someone forgot to cancel the automation system for breaks?

I think just like viewers remember how the news of Diana was delivered those making the decisions also have it as their main point of reference and whether protocol or not, it just works for such occassions and gives it the sense of more importance.
Some how "This is BBC Television from Salford" wouldn't have the same gravitas. Ridiculous but true.
Are they going back to normal on the radio now, they're currently playing Regard and RAYE - Secrets.

Can we expect ITV Daytime to have normal schedules come Monday? GMB will obviously air as normal but as for the other three I’m not too sure.

I find that unlikely as wasn't this a phone in? they are asking for comments and opinions after the news. I don't recall seeing such a segment being pre-recorded before.

They absolutely will. It is just as important for ITV to get a non-news perspective of events and This Morning has always been very good in such circumstances of taking a more human angle.
Mary Nightingale hosting ITV News now from the sofa set in the studio used last night. Works better for guests than the social distancing around the desk. ITV News also being shown on channel 7 in Australia.
