I suspect that Sophie Raworth will make an appearance within the next few hours. Royal events/stuff is usually kind of her 'thing', just like Huw Edwards is really good with UK Elections and Emily Maitlis is very good at American politics
As mentioned earlier, That's TV have a caption and music:

Their EPG has a programme title of "Announcement" and a description of "normal programming has been suspended".
Radio 1's current output is getting some really positive* feedback from the audience on Twitter, as you'd expect.

Julie and Phil in primetime is a good move - they've co-hosted the major Royal events over the last decade and if it is live ITV are always good at taking more of a people's approach to such news, though usually in primetime. Be interesting to see if GMB and This Morning air special editions tomorrow.
Jonathan Samuels has taken over from Mark Austin on Sky News now.

Is a shame they're not allowed to do their own thing. IIRC Chris Moyle was widely praised for his show on September 11th where they got the tone right for their audience.

It is quite excessive to have rolling news on most of the BBC radio stations. Global stations have it right with music toned down and regular news updates.

Probably, but it'll have a different title each time.

That's my vote for Post Of The Year cast already! 8-)

The graphics have been changed to black in this BBC video (apart for the tiny last part :o maybe due to clashing with the background)

Why would they? It's not like the funeral is taking place tomorrow, I suspect ITV will probably just repeat the docs they air tonight in the morning.

Promo for ITV's revised schedule. "Newshour" is the local news with the evening national news.
I notice they've gone to the grey colour pallet for all the promos.
Was that shown on STV as well?

Was shown on STV as it was broadcast within the ITV News programme
Definitely something we won’t see to often, a joint ITV/ STV trail board.
I find it amazing that the BBC radio stations are all still joined up and playing the news special, I'd assumed that they'd all gradually peel off to do their own thing.

Having this on stations like Radio 1 Dance and 1 Xtra is just bizarre, I know that their commercial rivals aren't exactly doing their normal programming either but they're just throwing their audience away this afternoon

What, are Radio 1 still simulcasting with Radio 4?!

They'll undoubtedly be continuing news coverage in the morning as plans for the days ahead become clearer and ITV may be better utilising their flagship morning shows as an alternative to straight news coverage.
