hmm.. Sky Showbiz, I doubt Sky would be happy about such a trashy association.
Sky Sci Fi.. possible (more likely a generic "Sky Action" though), but that'd impoverish Sky Max even more. I think Syfy is not a "core" brand anymore, in this sense, the premieres have been sometimes moved to Sky One (if not all of them).
Having the Sky brand in it would mean they'd have to invest on it, and they already have too many channels
So they're probably happy with the "status quo" of Syfy

But Sky One on DTT would clearly mean they'd have to change that schedule from the current cheap mix they have on now, or even invest on Pick!.. and Sky (in Britain at least) is clearly obsessed by having all the main content behind paywall.
Moreover, Sky in general (aside from Sky Arts, which is however a "core" brand) doesn't like to have the Sky branding on free channels, as TV8 and Cielo ("Cielo" means "sky" in Italian lol) clearly show
But agree on the rest, I'd say they're ready for 2021..

It's currently airing an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm from Season 3 which first aired in 2002, and this afternoon Sky Replay is showing episodes of Most Haunted from 2004 and Stargate SG-1 which aired it's last episode in 2007. To me it just feels odd to leave Challenge out if they're so set on aligning things, but there's obviously various reasonings behind it. I wouldn't be surprised if it gets the chop in the near future.

Pick is a bit of weird one, as last year press releases for Premier league being shown free it kept being referred to as "Sky Pick". It seems the Sky name only gets prefixed to it when it suits, perhaps as someone in marketing released it was a subtle way to advertise Sky for free. Originally Pick and Challenge didn't use the Sky name because they didn't want it present on the Freeview channels, however since then there's been a change of ownership and Sky Arts has been added to Freeview.
I didn't realise that Sky Replay existed, though quickly googling indicates it used to by Sky Two. I wonder if there's any significance in it also being missing from their list of channels in the
official press release.
You'd have to wonder where this leaves Syfy and E!, particularly Syfy which now just seems to be a repeats channel?

These Sky channels also have a lot of acquisitions though.. the same can't be said about Challenge
