Welcome (back) to the thread dedicated to looking at news presentation from around the world.
I'll get the ball rolling with some bulletins from New Zealand.

Funny you mention that. I'm currently trying to find a way to download them without having needing to do a screen capture.

Honestly, they need to adapt these intros for the main edition in the larger set.
Hoping they're planning to use these graphics in the main set soon.
The new supers are shared with the main
TV Avis bulletins in the evening. But I don't imagine there's any plans to replace the flagship bulletin titles with the ones now appearing in the daytime/breaking bulletins - if that were the plan, I suspect, it would already have been done! (That said, I would imagine there will be small updates at some point to update the typeface on the screen in the pre-title sequence.)
As an aside, the titles shown in those videos are not the ones that were first launched at the start of last week. You can see the original version
in this bulletin from 22 March. I don't think the animation (particularly when TV Avisen's eye-globe icon appears) works nearly as well compared to the version with video blended in.
I'm also not completely sold on the new supers. My OCD is triggered by the lack of alignment between the small text in the teal bar and the text in the big white block! I don't instantly love the eye-globe icon floating out on its own on the right - but at least with that, I can appreciate there's been some real thought given to its placement, when you see how it fits in with (for example) the breaking news flipper.

The music sounds similar it feel to the music used for the MADE IN channels news broadcasts. Just generic whines and beeps. I do like the simplifed graphics.
RUV continuing with the cleared channel tact. The Volcano is currently ballistic.

I swear you spend all your time right now watching the volcano and listening to radio in a language you don't understand.

I know I've certainly been glued to watching it at times. The other night there was even some kind of technical breakdown at midnight. No idea exactly what as I couldn't understand what they were saying, although it sounded like their automation had either crashed (which might have explained the sudden cut to silence of the programme with 2 minutes to the top of the hour); or it had failed to load the material for the bulletin.
Boo RUV2 has ditched Geldingadalir in favour of ursine entertainment.

So today, Saturday and Sunday are Het Journaal's last 3 days in their temporary home of Studio 17, the current home of Sporza.
They'll be back home from Monday in their newly renovated Studio 1.
Sadly no clips of the bulletin openings from Studio 17 as they removed the voiceover and redid the music slightly for the 7PM bulletin. Also the title graphic has been changed to the one used in their short news updates.
Here's yesterday's 7PM bulletin in Studio 17.

In the occasion of VRT Journaal's brand new studio, and in keeping with the theme of this thread, here is a video from the programme's past, this is an edition of BRT Journaal (as it was known back then) from 1984
