Just saw an ad for ITV Shop, and it used the old five colour logo!

The ITV Shop is from ITV PLC so should be the 5 coloured logo.
It won't be the 3 coloured logo as its not the ITV (as in the main channel/ITV1) shop, as its nothing to do with just the main channel or STV have nothing to do with this new online shop.

On that logic both ITV Studios and ITV.com should still be using the five colour logo too. It's still the corporate logo, but no longer the public facing one.

The 3-colour logo is just for the website I think. I guess the main channel's logo is just one solid colour. The 5-colour one is still used on the weather and GMB, as well as various social media pages, such as ITV Careers and ITV Archive, and it's still on buildings (unless they have changed it and Tyne Tees hasn't bothered changing it yet).

I am excited for that when it happens, also it means new updated versions of the current ITV Christmas soundtracks by Echoic Audio.

Slightly off-topic, but do we know if ITV Channel Television is still alive? They dropped their own branding for the 2013 rebrand but still did local announcements, do we know if ITV handle them now or if they still do their own.

How long has ITV had a dog on the main channel. I am sure it’s only been there recently.

Years. They seem to have had it back in the ITV1 days (although I'm not sure if that was just applied to capture through ITV Player, like the BBC do it). Have a look:

Since the first day of the current logo in 2013 - other than the ITV1 HD DOG pre-rebrand.

ITV Channel TV is just another ITV plc owned region now, so handled via Chiswick (and idents with the name-check added by the news gallery for the opt, as in other regions)
