Ding dong, the box is dead.
I take it Huw will be standing up from that screen for the headlines.

That little glimpse looked like a lovely evolution of previous sets.

But was that the Gill Sans blocks on the wall at the top of the frame??
The big letter B? I think that means Studio B.
It looks good, but would look so much better with new branding.
Do we know who designed this? Clear commonalities with the Washington set - did they go with Clickspring over Jago?
That looks amazing. But can't believe they're keeping the same titles.
Not sure about this newsroom backdrop though, the image itself looks fine but the way its presented isn't great.

I'm curious to see how the sitting desk works, along with seeing if we have new headline packages. Very exciting! Very positive so far
Presume the big portrait “screen” next to Huw isn’t real.
Looks really good. Love the big B - which I presume is for Studio B - and the big 10.
I'm liking the look of that, and if it ends up getting used for election night, it'll offer so much more flexibility than previously. And will definitely bring back the sense of vastness we've got from previous election sets.
Even the branding and graphics look somehow new and different, so white and bright.
Looking good so far, even though it is just one shot.
The upside for some is that they've pretty much been forced to update (at least) the cat's cradle to Reith. Considering the big Reith '10' I wonder whether that means updated titles as well.

I think this might be my one criticism so far. I think that it could do with a bit more colour - some blue highlights wouldn't be amiss.
Anyone else reckon they’ll tweak the titles to have that black on white BBC NEWS rather than the boxed logo?
Of course they won’t. That might edge a bit too close to consistency for the BBC!
