I think we've got the message now...
I don’t see the problem rob? Some people suffer ocd and even those who don’t suffer from ocd have issues with minor things like these in life? I know I do a big deal and for someone like harshy who is a big viewer of the channel I can see why it would be such an irritant he feels like voicing. I know you’re the admin but I feel you’re continuously shooting people down and comes across very bully like.

Erm... this is MY forum. I have to read everyone's posts.

I'm sorry you feel that way.
Very selfish way of putting that it’s your forum rob. Last I knew a forum was everyone’s place, and I don’t see how you have to read every post? Admins usually run and maintain behind the signs and keep the cogs going, a moderator moderates admin usually step in when shit gets too hot.
And I concur too re sucking the life out of the forum. Too many yelling boxes too much stepping on members posts. Comes to hard to visit daily like forum of the past. I know I’m not the only one who feels this way.
Harshy has very graciously accepted that his posts were repetitive, and has apologised, yet you're the only one criticising my comments.

As I'm the one that's paying for it, I think I've got every right to say that, don't you?

Members (especially those who are still new members) certainly do not tell admins what they can and cannot do.

If you think I'm being a bully, then that's your opinion.

This is not TV Forum. This will never be TV Forum. You don't have to visit. Access is a privilege, not a right...
That is the last you will hear from me on the subject.
There was a recorded bulletin at 11am bst only returning to Tim willcox 10 minutes later.
Looks to be a new background in use in New York tonight. Anyone know what the NY studio looks like?

Wasn’t she in the original news presenters line up for Newsday Singapore I remember Sharinjit and Rico relaunching the Singapore bureau together.
Real shame to see Sharanjit leaving, a great presenter. It’s gonna be weird when the pandemic ends, since programmes will come back with completely different presenter line ups, i’ll certainly think that every programme was “rested” to reboot them a few years later, with so many well known presenters having left in the intervening time.
Sad to read of Sharanjit’s departure. I always enjoyed her presenting style. Both in the studio and on-location.
Focus On Africa could do with a title update. they’ve used the same ones since they started

Answering my own question here, in case anyone else is interested. It appears Laura has been working from home in New York... The "new" background is at the NY Bureau

Going a little off topic here but I stumbled upon some clips from David Lowe's site showing the old titles to some BBC World programmes. I noticed how rubbish BBC Global's titles were:

Just a globe made out of metal(?) pieces that somehow fade out into the GLOBAL word. It's like an apprentice having a go on 3D Max and the beeps deciding it was good enough for broadcast.
For me, the best titles by far will have to be the 1999 intro:

It looks like BBC world’s branded programmes might be returning soon as I just saw this on one of the floor managers Twitter which shows studio C in ‘global’ branding. It’s also got the background of the newsroom that studio B used during the local elections.

This studio is amazing to be fair we just not seen it due to the pandemic lit in it’s wonderful and varied colours.
