For me it would make sense for Sue not to come in until Centre/Court 1 open up for business and be based mainly courtside, with the secondary host doing the early part of the coverage and any coverage away from the show courts. I guess next year they could do that and then have Clare as the main host and also doing the highlights, which in reality is often just covering the late match on Centre/Court 1.

You've got one of the days right for the 20:30 slot, but Monday is Panorama, Tuesday is Extraordinary Portraits, Wednesday is Repair Shop and Thursday is Clean It, Fix It. Surprisingly BBC One has new programming at 21:00 each night and BBC Two likewise at 21:30 so they're not giving themselves much leeway should they wish to over-run although I imagine if play stays on BBC One past 20:30 then TAW will be dropped and the BBC One programmes moved to BBC Two with Newsnight delayed if necessary.

Disagree, not everyone wants to watch tennis and it’s a good alternative which has fixed costs and is popular. Alex Jones has had quite a bit of time away from the show several days a week lately and she only does a few hours a day so I’m sure she can survive.

Jo Konta, Caroline Wozniacki and Abigail Johnson the only brand new additions to the team from what I can work out. No obvious replacement for Boris Becker as secondary co-commentator for the men's singles final, though Pat Cash is listed with the big names which could imply he steps into that role.

It is the natural progression of the role - I would assume Sue will come in at around 1pm for the start of play on the show courts and basically be the BBC1 presenter with Isa the BBC2 presenter. It sounds like this year Clare will just do Today at Wimbledon, and perhaps any later finishes - I suspect with her last year being on BBC1 they'd like to give Sue the BBC1 slot in primetime.

Though next year would be interesting though, given that the England v Australia Ashes series will reportedly start towards the end of June (this is due to the World Cup in India in the autumn), which would mean Guha missing two test matches.  Personally I can't see the BBC's main cricket presenter - and who does TMS as well - missing 2 test matches in the biggest test series of them all.

Cricket gets moved to BBC4 on the first day of Wimbledon and Friday 1st - which is as far as the schedules go - with a late night BBC2 repeat (also happens for Glastonbury when Newsnight airs at 1900 on BBC2, thought the Cricket repeat is on BBC1)

I seen someone say on DS that Aatif Nawaz is presenting the highlights during the clash with Wimbledon.  Aatif has been a regular on TMS in recent years and also featured on some of the live BBC T20 & Hundred games in the last few years.

Todays schedule confirms Wimbledon coverage remains on BBC1 in the evenings through to the second Monday, returning to BBC2 on the Tuesday (which as Womens QF days will probably see both Centre Court quarters done by 6pm anyhow).

Interestingly with Wed/Thu seeing football on primetime on BBC1 they burn off an extra episode of EastEnders on BBC2 on the Monday with a double bill.

Worth noting that for the first time, the quarter-finals will have two men's and two women's matches on the Tuesday and Wednesday (as seen in the other slams) rather than women on one day and men on the next as Wimbledon as done previously. Other than that, it's still very likely that (singles) play will be done by 19:00 at theat stage with only two matches each on the main two courts. 

The other scheduling change (bar the dissolution of the Middle Sunday restday) is that the Mixed Doubles Final will be on the second Thursday alongside the women's singles semis, rather than being on after the men's singles final.

Looking at the middle weekend, BBC One's coverage begins at 12:20 and runs non-stop, bar a 5pm news bulletin, until 20:00 on Sunday and 20:30 on Saturday. BBC Two leaves Wimbledon from 18:00 on each of those days, meaning like the weekdays there is only one channel showing live coverage going into prime time.
