With £4 million spunked on launch advertising for TalkTV, and Piers Morgan's flagship show drawing its lowest audience yet on Wednesday (44,000) some frantic buck-passing is going on at News UK.

Rebekah Brooks has been reminding people whenever she can that this wasn't her idea. Piers is blaming Tom Newton Dunn for having no viewers (literally zero on May 3rd) for him to inherit. The Ealing studio and the Baby Shard are barely co-operating, and Daisy McAndrew's show is being lined up on the chopping block.

The in-fighting isn't confined to News UK either. Sky News Australia are also furious because they already had their own in-house blowhard (Pete Murray) who they had to bump to make space on the schedule for poster boy Piers. Only Piers has lost them viewers and they've had to pay more for it.

Most likely because they both come from different studios so probably have slightly different versions and/or sizing.

One for the radio content and another for the virtual studio?

I'd assume so, It most likely takes longer than 5 minutes between the final talk radio show and The News Desk to swap over.

I noticed you posted it not long after 11pm and it was showing ‘News at 10’, but not sure when you captured it. I also noticed the different font, probably due to the person who usually does not working that late on that day. Still not sure if it’s either of those things though.

I thought the studio was in the Baby Shard, but the view is looking at the Shard, which is next door, from a distance.

Considering all the kudos Inspector Sands got I don't think anybody else could see the issue.

Whatever it is, it's incredibly subtle.... or I'm just not very observant this time of the morning
