Content wise it's a bit Dan Wootton with production values, but the packaging and presentation is excellent.

That could get very tedious very quickly. So far, it's the same old Piers that we've seen in the last few years.

The News Desk was a pleasant surprise and went in very quickly, you can really tell they threw the cash at this venture and it looks good so far.

Again, the use of video walls and camera angles is very Fox News.

I think it's worse than that.  He's pretending to be that angry - a wannabe Tucker Carlson. 

Anyway, the look is professional, but I don't care for the titles.  Are they meant to show Piers' brain with the words 'woke', 'snowflake', 'cancelled' swimming around it?!

A confident and strong start for The News Desk with plenty of stories. As it's presented by Tom Newton-Dunn, I was expecting something more Westminster focused. It does borrow a lot from The Sun in terms its style "Mum" "Brit" etc.

I agree with some of what Piers’ points, on these matter but it was a difficult 10 minutes to watch.

I've tuned in near the end of "The News Desk" the graphics look like Fox News/ Business/ Weather, kind of both surprised and not (since common ownership). It looked alright, a simple set. Piers' set looks good, they spent some money on it, I guess because it's also going to be on in the States (FOX Nation) and Australia they wanted to give it a really quality studio look. Looks pretty good, much more thought out than GB News when it started.
