A vehicle to sell adverts. A vehicle to subtly point people towards the Times and Sunday Times (same as Times Radio).

Good to see they were quick to the Breaking News that Elon Musk is buying Twitter.

This channel is much more in line with The Sun.

Yes it's like when the BBC televise their podcasts or radio 4 programmes on the News Channel and it sounds very odd as the quality of the microphones and deadened studio acoustic is very different.

I haven't heard GB News on the radio yet but there they don't have anything from a proper radio studio whereas Talk will have superior audio most of the time

My word! We even get credits. They’re spoiling us now…

Tomorrow, Tom interviews a special guest who he hopes we'll enjoy.

What a tease...

Didn't plug the President Trump interview either oddly.

I don’t know why they’re trying to pretend that Talk Radio and Talk TV are two separate entities when in essence they are exactly the same thing, just swapping names periodically.

That being said, I really enjoyed the opening programme. The presentation was smooth and pleasing to the eye. The graphics were stylish and definitely had an American feel to them.

9/10 so far.

I like Piers' set! Feels like a jazzed up GMb set.
Man I’d hate to be as angry as this guy seems to be all the time

Well he does have Erron Gordon at the helm. Very nice set indeed!

*COUGH* Erron Gordon - Executive Director *COUGH*  Big Grin

It really is like watching Good Morning Britain.
Content wise it's a bit Dan Wootton with production values, but the packaging and presentation is excellent.
This is sooo scripted and boring
I caught a bit of it, and this is GB News done right. News UK, for good or for ill, know how to run a news service, a very good news service at that. Credit where it is due, they've done a good job, and I do see this becoming Britain's third biggest news channel, behind BBC and Sky News.

While a bit unimaginative, I think Talk UK or Talk are very generic and too vague. Besides, the radio station is TalkRADIO, the television station is TalkTV, so its consistent.
