Yes you cannot have a desk where hosts and guests are all sat in a straight line it just doesn't look right or flow correctly.

It needs to be curved, circular or like GMB with flanks either end of the hosts for interviews and discussion.

This breakfast bar and the hotel reception desk aren't fit for this purpose.

That whole section of the programme would be better if it was presented from the sofa area.

They do seem to be reluctant to use it outside of the 9-11pm show on weekdays instead using the breakfast bar or the hotel reception set. It gets used a bit more at weekends.
