Technically the first episode that aired in 1981 and not the first episode they made (the first two episodes were infamously scrapped as they were - allegedly - crapper than what actually went out. Apparently cost ATV a fortune as a car had been won in one of them)

Oops. I guess that was a big deal back then. These days the underwriters or whomever they use would write it off as "incidental" or "small fry".

Underwriter (these days): "Seeing as we have a decent amount of money or - in this case - goods in the pot we don't mind, relatively speaking. Based on lose to win ratio out of ten. (7/8 times for a team to lose- 2/3 times for a team to win)"*

Underwriter (back then): Sweating buckets profusely thinking of the P45 that said production company may hand him.

But wow.
