I assume this is the new temporary BBC Sport physical set in the NWT second set area, as seen at lunchtime today:

That looks as though the plasma screens are outside the secondary studio, and within the re-dressed newsroom which may (or may not) still be for NWT.

That window was previously used when 'Politics Show North West' used the space, to make it appear bigger.  It looks like a relatively decent sized area, as long as they keep the camera shots quite tight.
