I'd hazard a guess Ben Brown will be on his way or out there already, same as Tim. Then again, there are more than enough women they could choose from. Shouldn't necessarily need to be the usual 'go to' team.

I think people are just stating the logical names and presenters who've covered such awful events in the past, most of which have been men.
I don't think anyone's criticised any female reporters out there or the teams that have been sent, so finding sexism where there isn't and creating a rather sexist post in itself isn't really helpful.
Anyway, back to the overall picture, are we expecting an extended BBC News at Ten tonight?
