Didn't we say up above that repeats don't really count for the purposes of this thread because they can and will appear anywhere and everywhere? By that argument everything that's been on the PSB channels will count as a "moved channel" thing.
If you stopped at (for HIGNFY) BBC Two to BBC One, that's fine. But unless all those episodes on Gold/G2/Dave/whatever were new, its not a TV show that moved channel in terms of a new series. Same with everything else you've listed, the only main exception being Robot Wars (as it went to Channel 5 from BBC Two) and Buzzcocks (BBC Two to Sky)
I think it was mentioned earlier in the thread but the most obvious example of a show that went all round the networks was Through The Keyhole - about five different stations all with new episodes.
