This is an interesting theory. However, there has forever been a fair few seconds of hold showing the beams crossing the forecourt at NBH until it just stops before the shot of presenter (usually News at Ten) which would make it even longer than 90 seconds if working to your theory.
We need an insider to clear up this minuscule but bothersome question.
