Does anyone know which comment was deemed offensive and required an apology just now? on BBC One I can't say I noticed it!

Looking on Twitter. Giles had mentioned the Queen had visited Putin. 
They had already gone off topic about Tom Cruise. They just need to describe what they can see.

I think it’s more likely to be when Len Goodman referred to curry as “foreign muck”, quoting his grandmother.

Oh that’s what it was about. It was just a commentary on the spectrum of world leaders she’s met over the years, good and bad.

Is it just me or are pageants just generally rubbish to watch. Lots of only very slightly impressive things one after another.

It’s really difficult to stay interested.

The commentary isn’t helping as they don’t seem to know what’s going on.

I haven't heard Clare once in the last 30mins. Zoe Ball and Scott Mills.

The only criticism is that during the decades buses bit, lots was missed due to the guests telling stories or anecdotes. So by the time a story had been told, we’d missed lots of explanation.

I’m not sure Clare had a list of who was on each bus, so was only mentioning ones she personally recognised

That makes sense, he did go on to say he liked it and that was the first time he had every tried the dish. Twitter likes to find malice in everything.

He was basically saying very clearly he doesn't eat foreign foods and his nan called it "foreign muck". But he tried something for the first time yesterday and liked it. All in his style. Personally we have had four days of prim and proper so we could do with a slip up!

Most of the coverage has carefully stated that this is likely the last Jubilee we’ll see for many years. Especially with the Queens ailing health recently, it’s very unlikely we’ll get an Oak/Pearl Jubilee in 10 years time. Maybe we’ll get a 75th Jubilee, but doubtful.

Let’s say if the Queen passes at the same age as her mother (that’s 5 years from now), that means Charles will become King at the age of 78. Therefore he would be aged 103 by time we get to the Silver Jubilee, unlikely sadly!

If Charles passes at the same age as his father, William will be King at the age of 65. He’d reach a Silver Jubilee at the age of 90. So still looks a bit dicey even then, and that won’t even be until the year 2072.

So yes, it’s likely we’ve seen the last Jubilee for many years. So the spectacular Royal TV coverage we have seen in recent years will likely just be restricted to upcoming Coronations and Royal Weddings.

Probably be George, Charlotte and Louis for the next Royal Weddings too.

Hopefully the BBC have learnt lessons over the last couple of years in how they cover the Royals. I think there is widespread agreement even within the BBC they got it wrong on the day Prince Phillip died but despite fairly extensive coverage this weekend obviously in much more joyful circumstances it's felt like it's been pretty well received.
