Taskmaster

An interesting line up, I didn't think the New Year special was that great last year.

Not a massive first, but the first politician on Taskmaster. Claudia should really have been saved for the proper series though

Only three eps in but this is shaping up to be one of the best C4 series IMO - undoubtedly helped by the return of a studio audience.

Not sure what the pre-show warning about it being filmed "before the conflict in Eastern Europe" was about. There was nothing in there which could be construed as connected to it.

Possibly to do with Ardal's war re-enactment? Thats the only thing I can think of, I didn't hear the warning when I watched it last night

I agree that it's shaping up to be a great series, well cast and some great task ideas. The studio tasks have been particularly good, presumably they're all ideas they've come up with the last few years but couldn't film

Agree with this.. I've been a bit bored by the studio tasks in the last few series, but I think all 3 have hit the mark so far. Really enjoyed last nights one.

It is a great series so far, but it does kind of throw you how close they're sitting. Almost on each others lap - but I think it only looks 'odd' because of the spaced out version. You'd think the same seeing the SCD judges 5 or so years ago too vs last series.

According to Digital Spy, it was indeed Ardal's re-enactment (and also Bridget's).

Just watching it now, and I thought there was something odd about the Channel 4 logo used on Chris Ramsey's task, the blue block is not split by the green block.
