Not a fan of this desk, especially the Perspex top why does it come out so far to the front??

The desk does seem quite over the top when it comes to the size of it, as it stretches from one side of the screen to the other when on the wide shot.
I’ve just popped on to the hub to see the new desk. I can see what people mean. I hate myself for spotting the small things sometimes, but I dislike that the curve of the new desk is now different from the curve of the podium that it sits on (if you catch my drift).
I know i'm in the minority, but I actually really miss the audience. They added some atmosphere to the show IMO
They are back to walking out to pop songs again...
Charlene is a professional singer, it seems.......

Panellist Brenda Edwards' son Jamal Edwards MBE has died aged 31:

I wonder will they address Jamal’s passing at the top of the show tomorrow? Will Brenda be on to discuss it or take the show off grieving? No parent should ever have to experience the loss of a child- my thoughts are with her family- 31 is devastatingly young.

You're definitely right. No parent should ever have to experience the loss of a child - especially at such a young age as 31. It's definitely made me think just how precious life is.

I would guess that Jamal's passing would likely be mentioned at the top of the show tomorrow - and Brenda will take all the time that she needs to grieve for Jamal before she feels ready to come back.

My thoughts and condolences are with Brenda and the Edwards family.

There should be no closing music as a mark of respect

I think it’s very unlikely they’d ask a grieving mother on to talk about the death of their son the day after it happened.
Jamal and I grew up in the same borough and he was a massive inspiration to not only me but every kid growing up in West London. He'll be sadly missed.
Five panellists on today’s Loose Women paying tribute to Brenda’s son Jamal. Charlene and Judi had met with Brenda yesterday and has set the tone for today’s show.
5 Panellists on the show today and the whole show is dedicated to Jamal. Panellists are Charlene, Judi, Linda, Carol and Frankie. Charlene and Judi were both with Brenda yesterday.

Most likely there will be no proper intro to the show with no walking out and probably just some sombre or no music at all and Charlene talking.
The 30 second tease was heartbreaking enough. I do wonder if sometimes in situations like this that despite them wanting to pay tribute and perhaps viewers expecting them to pay tribute that somebody really needs to step in and say "no, take the day" and take the show off air.
