Frankie Bridge is listed on the website as a panellist. Paris Fury is not currently.
Penny Lancaster is now back on the programme more regularly again, following the completion of her police training.
Talking about the 4th Loose Woman returning to the desk and if they will add a bigger desk to accommodate, The director of Loose Woman has confirmed on Twitter to someone's question asking exactly that, hopefully coming to our screens soon will be a larger desk. So there are plans for the Loose Woman to have their own GMB inspired Mega Desk.
So with the set being quite small for Loose Woman, it will be interesting to see how it fits into the studio and current set. Will we get a set refresh alongside the new desk or the set twist lengthways in the studio instead of width way due to the size needed. I definitely think it's better to have all 4 of them around the same desk but the down the line of the 4th panelist has worked well during this time.

Do you happen to have a link to the tweet?
I imagine adapting the set to accommodate a larger set will mean it will be unlikely for LW to reintroduce a studio audience anytime soon. I’ve actually enjoyed watching Loose Women more without a studio audience then when they used to have one. The only annoyance remaining is the one panellist they have on Zoom who are usually left out of the flow of things - which hopefully will be resolved with the larger desk and once restrictions are eased.
Paris Fury as a panellist is a very odd one, given she’s sworn a few times whilst being on the show before and her husband is known for very controversial views in the past against certain minority groups.
If the new desk is imminent, perhaps they will use the bank holiday to set up.
Confirmed on air, there'll be 4 of them in the studio and new set from Monday.
How many sets has this show gone through recently?

3 in the past 5 years.

Seeing as they’ve gone through two of the three primary colours whilst at TVC, I’m going to guess it’ll be red!

A new set and 4 panelists in the studio.
It was really awkward at times having one of them DTL. Even today, Kelle was seen raising her hand to let them know she had something to say, as the 3 in the studio were chatting among themselves.
Is Carol McGiffin still on the show? Haven't seen her since December when Andrea McLean left.
As for the set, the current one is my most favourite ever. I hope they keep the majority and only tweak it to accommodate the bigger desk.
If I was them, I would keep the current set by having three panelists at the desk and one other down the line. As the old saying goes, if it ain’t broke...

I much preferred the last London Studios set - as seen here:

The large screen behind and light coloured set worked very well in my opinion.
I’ve never been a fan of this current set:

It could be the mix of blue pink and wood, or maybe it’s because of the lack of symmetry with the screens on that middle section... and the blue backing curtain. I’ve often wondered why they haven’t utilised the large Lorraine screen for the background and had the loose women side plinths in front of the screen and to the sides of the desk.
