Watched last night's highlights of the final stage of the Tour de France on ITV and was nice to see commentators from other broadcasters asked about their favourite moments from this year's tour. From memory they had commentators from NBC, TV2 Denmark, Rai, S4C and SBS.

Worth noting that NFL GamePass International really is more of a combination of the domestic GamePass with NFL Sunday Ticket, since it allows you to access all NFL games live (apart from those selected for broadcast in the 6pm and 9:25pm windows on Sky Sports). The domestic GamePass only offered after the event highlights and replays.
The NFL of course, wrestling with the dilemma of how to enter this area while not cannibalising their (very lucrative) domestic rights deals. It’s the same reason NFL Network gets left with crumbs (which will be even more the case with TNF moving exclusively to Amazon leaving NFL Network with a London game and some late season fixtures).

Viaplay have the live rights to show the sport in the Netherlands, home of the current world champion (sorry, Lewis fans) and this deal could make them stronger when talks start.
Although, to destroy my own thought - FOM TV and Sky Sports F1 do seem to be quite tightly linked with plenty of co-operation between the two, so maybe not. Viaplay having live rights in one or more territory is irrelevant - Sky have rights in the bigger markets. And so far Viaplay's strategy isn't to go for the more expensive rights in the UK - F1 could bankrupt the operation before it even begins.
I think if F1 ever did leave Sky, the most likely outcome would be for FOM to go it alone and carry the live races on their own service, F1 TV, which indeed is what they already do in the US market.

Am I right in thinking Sky's rights end in 2024, so we're probably not too far off an announcement on what happens next given in the first week of C4's stint in 2016 the 2019-24 rights were announced.

All of these take at least part of Sky's presentation as well as the race commentary:
Astro Supersport in Malaysia
ESPN in the USA
Fox Sports in Australia
TSN in Canada
SuperSport in South Africa
Meanwhile the English commentary and presentation on F1 TV is a different team, so is that the "world feed" these days?

It was indeed. But that set in the Sports Centre was dismantled weeks ago.

They obviously have some stock "headlines" to use as filler when they can't insert a live one. I saw one a couple of weeks ago - it's very generic and basically says something along the lines of "Coming up later in the hour on Sportday - we'll have more on the days top stories and all the latest results".

One, the stock intro should've been refilmed if the studio has changed (also, note the outdated BBC Sport logos). And two, if Sportsday wasn't even on, then they shouldn't have used it at all. Couldn't they have previewed something else, like The Papers? Or was that not on either?

It's only a problem if you make it a problem, and though I don't know for sure I see no reason why it wouldn't have been on last night. World News America likely replaced the Ten (delayed on BBC1 due to football), but that still leaves the usual half hour afterwards for Sportsday and the Papers.
It's worth remembering too the trailer is mainly seen by those watching BBC1 HD who never actually see the programme without turning over to the news channel, even though I'm sure it could be scheduled instead of the red screen of death.
