He was there to host The Second Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen - the London parts of which were from the News UK building and introduced by TalkTV presenter Zora Suleman (see 6m35s into this video).

TLDR were pretty fair in their analysis of TalkTV's output. Their review of Piers Morgan was basically that it's dry and restricted in what he can do as his show goes out on three outlets in the US, UK and Australia, which means he hasn't been able to provide a fully UK-centric show.

I'm glad they've noticed the over use of TalkRadio and Times Radio talent on The Talk (although I think Ayesha Hazarika is the only Times presenter so far) along with the reliance of emulating successful Fox News output.

The radio material also got the thumbs down, largely because the radio presenters are even more polarising than those who work on the tv side of the operation which doesn't help for consistency in the output.

Talk TV simply doesn't know what it is. Is it a TV news channel or is it a radio station. They have opted for a mixture of both, and it simply doesn't work.
