The BBC appear to be dropping the 10 titles when it's running late., certainly on the two occasions it's happened this week. Before the move into B, the 10 titles would run as late as 22.30.

I remember when the Summer Sunday 9am bulletin used to be aimed at BBC One viewers with a slight upgrade on a usual news channel hour

Now it’s just a regular hour of a BBC World simulcast with unfamiliar presenter, studio and terminology in the stories (British Prime Minister, UK port of Dover etc). You’d think with it being on BBC One they’d be able to throw a bit more money at it

Or extend Breakfast through to 10am as on a Saturday, or just show something else instead. The next two weekends will be the Commonwealth Games anyway.

Unexpected announcement from Rebecca Jones today that Roger Harrabin is leaving the BBC after 30 years at the end of day. According to his twitter, he’ll be going freelance after the end of week.

The Leeds set seems like it should be older, but is only four years old. I think the feeling stems from it basically being a Barco-style set with a curve in that replaced an earlier Barco-style set (from December 2010).
