Very overdue. The ideal situation would be for them to decamp to part of that huge newsroom and get it done properly, but they won’t.

During Piers Morgan's show, he has 1k on his Uncensored YouTube channel and 2k on the main TalkTV channel.

Farage on GBN has 4k to his specific live show feed and 2.8k to the main GBN live stream.

To the credit of GB News, you can see why Farage is getting credible figures for an opinion led channel.  The interview with Liam Fox was excellent with none of the sensationalist nonsense I saw from Dewbs earlier with her panel shouting over each other.

Farage is actually a very good presenter, of course his career as a Eurosceptic politician means he comes with baggage but he doesn't get enough credit for his abilities to anchor these sort of shows.

He is a very good broadcaster and does look at things at all angles.  He is however tainted with the Brexit stuff to a degree.

I’m pretty certain the Purdah rules only apply to public elections, not internal party ones, so I suspect she can appear wherever she wants.

Given that the candidates are likely to be whittled down rather quickly, probably over a week or two based on the previous election, unless they make the final two, she will only miss a couple of shows at most.

Maybe, but they hardly seem like the channel of high morals and fair play. Plus, it’s not like she’s actually standing herself - her name won’t be on any ballot papers.

Because other news organisations have such a clean record?   

GB News has proven itself to be a contender in its own space. If people don't trust the channel then they don't have to watch it, I find it a bit comical people on here are still watching the channel after a year, when they stated a year ago the channel should be condemned before it had even launched. I don't think there is anything more to say on the matter of this element of GB news. I don't understand why GB News irritates people so much. And also clouds their judgement. The facts are clear, and the regulator has been clear as well as the channel itself. GB News is ticking over nicely and these claims of being without morals have no foundation and should be wholeheartedly ignored.

It's a failure of regulation, not the success of GB News, why they still get away with their politically motivated bias in the evenings especially.

Is an insult to suggest that the actual broadcast news media has ever stooped down to that level.

'Revamp' could mean anything, really, from them changing the on screen clock and sofa cushions to a full-on overhaul. Be interesting to see what changes when this becomes apparent. GB News started poorly with its dark, gloomy feel but seems to have been improving presentation-wise so I'll watch this space with interest. The on screen graphics are pretty ghastly and could do with being binned and started from scratch in my view, but that may be going beyond the planned scope of the 'revamp'.
