They aren’t there all morning it was just the first hour. Holly and Phil are on their way back so Alison is filling in the studio while they travel back to the studio from the Palace

Of course they are with it being half term. Dermot also off tomorrow with Craig Doyle in again according to reports this week, so assume Dermot and Alison will do the full week.

This will be because GMB and This Morning share the same studio and gallery. So something was left in the system.

Great that Ruth’s association with This Morning is genuinely continuing and her continuing with TM wasn’t just a passing comment to die down the controversy.
Her and Rylan worked well when Eamonn went off to have his hip op.

Omg this is such great news, I said this at the time when Eamonn left but Rylan & Ruth should just do all the half terms, or at least the whole summer.

Sarah Greene has returned to open the Blue Peter time capsule from 1981. Unsure why they’re doing it on This Morning instead of Blue Peter itself but the items didn’t do that well and was mainly a pile of rust.

I’m guessing this must have been a forgotten Time Capsule? There’s the infamous 1971 and 1984 capsules that were opened in 2000. But there seems to be no knowledge of this 1981 capsule anywhere online.

Bet they did it on This Morning cus they knew it would be a terrible box of rust and therefore more appealing as a nostalgia item.

Blue Peter has a time capsule which is due to be opened in 7 years time although I think it was moved to Salford as well as one that was under the O2 but accidentally dug up and is now in the National Archive but that won't be open until 2050
