It says a lot when they go on location that any temporary location looks better than the Paddington dungeon.
What is it with their obsession with horrible looking sofas? It is objectively a horrible sofa.

In fairness [mention]Worzel[/mention] - at least Daybreak (V1) had a purple sofa, rather than what I can only refer to as 'sludge brown'. It was still pitch black but at least there was some hint of colour!

Where did they find that sofa!?
Like their main studio, GB News need to use furniture designed for TV and not items that leave presenters seated too low down with not enough upright support.

The table could have been a bit larger, the newspapers and laptop look scruffy on it.
I would imagine the sofa was the the best option in building they were? Was it a hotel?
Any reason given for being in Manchester?
Stephen Dixon reveals Friday’s breakfast program was ahead of Sky News for the ‘key viewing hours’ - assuming that’s something like 7-9am.
I had a suspicion that this highly nostalgic approach, with a splash of culture wars, would start paying dividends for them - lots of orange and warm colours, older, familiar presenters from ‘back in the day’. Like GMTV circa 2003.
I’m still not convinced they’ll ever make any money, and I can’t think of anything worse than having to sit through it, but fair play to them for finding a corner of the market.
