Loose Women
I do hope even it though it's likely to be a sombre show, they show Jamal's funnier moments with Brenda.

I do wonder if sometimes in situations like this that despite them wanting to pay tribute and perhaps viewers expecting them to pay tribute that somebody really needs to step in and say "no, take the day" and take the show off air.
Why would do that? When Denise passed away on This Morning, they didn't take that show off the air.
No intro today, just the break theme then a fade from logo to the studio.

Understandably, it’s visibly a very difficult show for all involved.
Charlene once again showing what an incredible broadcaster she is, in such difficult circumstances.
It was a beautiful tribute to Jamal, and expressed the love for Brenda too. It was a lovely mixed panel who offered their memories of Jamal and support for Brenda and the family. It was slightly strange when they changed to discussing caravans, but ended with their choice of an old performance by Brenda ‘The Greatest Love of All’.

It truly was. I watched the first 12 minutes that had gotten uploaded to YouTube on the Loose Women channel.

I think a lot of us will understand 100% what Brenda is going through right now.

I do have to say it was interesting seeing a 5-person panel today.

The reason they were discussing Caravans is because Brenda wanted the ladies to continue with normal topics and caravans are one of Brenda's favourite things.

As an aside, I quite liked the five panelist configuration. Worked quite well. A bit like The View does from time to time, albeit with less overtalk.

Kaye has just said that a former panellist is returning back at the desk for the first time in over a decade. Wonder who it could be?

Catherine Tate’s Nan is on the show today, along with Linda Robson.

Swearing aplenty is guaranteed.

Good luck, Ruth!
