I would suspect that it's due to Sean testing positive for Covid and they're just not replacing him with a correspondent like they usually do if even Sean is unavailable (or higher up the pecking order that day) tomorrow
Just noticed on the EPG tomorrow from 9am we have “ Good Morning Britain with Lorraine”, has this been officially announced anywhere?

I suspect it's a cock up plus I don't think Lorraine is actually live that week, usually it's just best bits or prerecorded.
Info here - shows merged to limit the number of staff required. Ranvir was supposed to host this week but Andi Peters now hosting instead.

So GMB with Lorraine with Ranvir with Andi.

@Brekkietweets
The worlds of Daybreak and Good Morning Britain collide on Sunday Morning Live.
"Good Morning Britain with Lorraine with Andi Peters" Why not, Good Morning Britain with Andy Peters instead if Lorraine is on holiday?
They could always take a leaf out of the 'U.S. news' book and phrase it in the most convoluted manner possible.

"Good morning, this is Lorraine on Good Morning Britain with Lorraine Kelly. Lorraine is off this week; I'm Andi Peters."
"Good evening. Dull, grey, cold, miserable - and that's just me. The weather hasn't been great, either."

Makes a change from being AXED, I suppose.
And of course let us not forget these old chestnuts:

Furious Susanna Reid tells co-host ‘I QUIT’ after row on

‘Won’t be the same’: viewers distressed as Susanna Reid presents ‘final show’

Who is Susanna Reid and why was she not on Good Morning Britain?

Lots of people felt Susanna was dull on Breakfast and gained a spark on GMB. I feel the opposite- she had much more of a spark on Breakfast. GMB feels more like Susanna's Gossip than it does her reading out a real news story- which isn't a great quality for supposedly the 'main' presenter.

However, i don't mind having different faces- helps keep the show fresh.
The titles this morning seem to not be working as normal

So they're back to the two-presenter format this morning (though Sean's last-minute absence may account for this), all guests and people deemed non-essential like Richard Arnold are back presenting from their bedrooms and they've merged GMB and Lorraine to minimise the number of staff needed to put on the shows. Every news story has the virus threaded through it whether it be the threat of impending restrictions or the various sporting events being cancelled. Almost two years on, and yet it all feels like we're back to March last year to me. I find it all utterly depressing. :?

Agreed, I saw 'GMB with Lorraine' and instantly thought 'oh no, we all know what happened last time this occured'. Interesting though that Charlotte and Adil aren't distancing given the other measures that have been taken.

They are still distancing - they never stopped.

They went to 2m in March last year, and then they moved slightly closer together again earlier this year, but they've never been back to 'normal' - see this comparison from a show in 2019 (left) compared to this morning's programme (right). They remain noticeably spaced out.
