I wish they would change the main anchor chair position as well, put it to the other side, that was used for WBR. It's a small change that would make the set feel different . In fact it would be more similar to previous World sets.

Oh well I guess we finally know what the mysterious core feed (or as I remembered someone back in TVF referred to as the "GMT feed") looks like haha... It's just a loop of breakfillers until the 60 second countdown...
I used to believe the secret core feed consists of secret breakfillers like this (... maybe with a Reith variation) when the regional feeds opts out (this type of breakfillers has gone defunct on regional feeds a few years ago)... I kinda like that speeded up video of various parts of the newsroom, with the opening BBC News music playing. Would be a fun bulletin open.

I can imagine this would have been around the time the core feed was switched to become looped breakfiller (back then, the breakfillers didn't have a logo box stamped on them in the corner - that only came in 2019 with Reith).

A few weeks on and I still can’t get used to this newsroom backdrop why is it at a funny height, why does Lucy Hockings show not even get a custom background and why isn’t world business report going out at 5:30am GMT?

At the end of the business segment of the 6am hour this morning, they had a guest who carried on talking about Newcastle United's sale with the end bed in the background until it went to commercials. No time for Victoria Fritz to sign off.

That’s so strange the dark skyline reappears during World Business Report so it’s clearly still in the system.
