I hope in the pan-BBC rebrand will become a opportunity to remove "Subtitles" tag (888 before 1999) from all new idents, which is sounds unnecessary when all programmes are subtitled since 2008.

Don't think they have been leaked. I think Larry was making a joke about one of the old idents.
