The Sunday edition of TéléMatin appears to be a pre-record, the news bulletins came from the cupboard with the show finishing at 8h30 to allow the religious block of programmes to air.

Which is exactly what happened on Saturdays back in the days of the simulcast on TV5 Monde. Although, IIRC they made an attempt to make the live news inserts appear to come from the usual TM studio, but the acoustics told the real story..!

The new look LCI is on... and it is rather an evolution rather than revolution. Still looking too visually charged, but the new look is much more cleaner and elegant than the previous Gédéon graphics.

LCI's new look started earlier than I expected, it was being used during Le Tour de L'info earlier today.
Overall a much cleaner look with the lower thirds being easier to read. Personally I'm not a fan of big white bars for flippers, but it works well. I wonder how it looks on the DTT version of TNT which continues to be 720x576 SD?

The 'new' franceinfo intros are only temporary. Looks like the real new ones will be launched on Wednesday in time for the channel's 5th anniversary.
