Looks like they’re not going to run Hotspots at 2100 as Jonathan has just teased Biden’s upcoming press conference which is expected in the next half hour I believe.

Looks like Sky Showcase will be simulcasting Sky News between 6-8am from the 6th.

Maybe totally way of base but do you think Sky could be readying Piers Morgan to partner up with Kay Burley at Breakfast. Erron Gordon is joining Sky News as Director of channel output from GMB and looking at the replies to some of his tweets, a few are cryptically inferring Piers could be joining to including one from Mark Austin.

Sky is not going to bring back double-headed programming for the foreseeable future, and I cannot see a world where Burley ever would present a double-headed programme.

You’re probably right but he knows where Gordon is going as it’s Sky News. I think when he says ‘too much Morgan’ where is he going, it’s Morgan he’s referring to.

He's saying that dealing with Piers Morgan for that many years is enough to make him want to move on. It's a quip. And nothing more.

No separate weather presenter/forecast today on Breakfast. Stephen doing it out of vision as per the rest of the day, wonder if this is the start of the removal of weather in vision.

Also a director like Erron is not editorial. His role is senior but only related to how the output looks. |
