What are the worst idents you've ever seen?

Channel 4's bizarre 2015 idents.

I never really saw that they were trying to achieve with those.

I think that they were attempting to depict a story across the idents that would have been developed further as more idents were introduced to the set. The initial four idents show the blocks being discovered for the first time and being revered by indigenous groups, then they are harvested on an industrial scale and studied. If the set continued, I imagine that the final set of idents would have shown them finally figuring the blocks out and putting them together to form the '4'.

A pretty neat concept, but you can't really have that sort of campaign play out over several years without each ident batch becoming stale very quickly.

Yes, the entire point was that it was the start of the story! That's what the press release said, right? But we never got any follow ups, so it ruined the whole concept. Possibly the most ultimately disappointing idents of all time, especially since I rather liked them at the start.
