Typeface for BBC's Decision '79 logo

I am working on a political RPG set in 1979, and would like to use the Decision '79 fonts to mock up a version for my RP. Would anyone happen to know the types used on that logo?

I think Metropol had a theme based around this look about a decade ago, might even have included a video recreation!
