Ultimately as far as GB News is concerned all publicity is good publicity and they're clearly not at the point where they're unable to fill ad breaks - and based on the quality of ads on the likes of ITV3, ITV4 and the UKTV channels, plus numerous other digital channels, not much can be concluded by the types of ads that appear on those channels. Indeed you'd expect the bigger brands to focus more exclusively on the bigger channels than on the dozens of digital channels fighting for 1-2% of the TV audience.
Back to ratings and the latest BARB official ratings available are for the w/c 28 June, which is the first week without Andrew Neil but a couple of weeks before Farage. Actually quite a range of programmes here with most of the key slots featuring at least once. Notable exceptions are Dewbs & Co, subsequently cut to an hour, and the weekend editions of Tonight Live with Nana Akua, subsequently axed.
